Pilates Classes for a Healthy Team
All-levels classes designed especially for desk-workers and the challenges they face. Strengthen, lengthen, balance, and stretch with any of the following class styles.
Sit Strong Pilates
Introducing Desk Pilates, the perfect solution for busy office workers looking to invigorate their bodies and minds during the moments in between. In this innovative class, we bring the benefits of Pilates directly to your desk. From gentle stretches to targeted core strengthening movements, you'll learn how to release tension, improve posture, and boost energy levels right from your chair.

Core Restore
Sitting for extended periods of time causes the muscles of the core to become inactive and weak, leading to postural imbalances, increased risk of injury, limited mobility, and even chronic pain.

Through a series of targeted exercises, you'll learn to activate and strengthen the deep muscles of the core, providing essential support for your spine and improving overall posture.
Perfect Posture Pilates
Tech neck? Forward rounded shoulders? Anterior pelvic tilt? These are all common afflictions of the modern office worker.

Through a carefully curated sequence of exercises, we'll target key muscle groups responsible for maintaining proper posture, including the core, shoulders, glutes, and hips. In this class, you'll learn to realign your spine, relieve tension, and banish discomfort caused by hours of sitting.
Pilates Power
A classic Pilates class with a little bit of everything! Through a series of fluid and controlled movements, you'll engage your core, sculpt and lengthen muscles, and improve overall strength and flexibility.

Rates

Corporate Pilates Class
1 hour corporate wellness class (in-person for Portland-metro area or virtual). No minimum or maximum headcount! Recording included for those who are unable to step away in real time.

Up to 15 mats provided for those who don't wish to bring their own.
$500-$1200

*$500 per hour long class, discounted rates for additional sessions in the same day
Wellness Week Pack
5 mat classes (in-person for Portland-metro area or virtual). Flexible scheduling - multi-day or daily. Recording included for those who are unable to step away in real time.
